The first step in organizing any event from scratch is to have a workable plan in place. We begin with understanding the event objective and getting a feel of what the client wants the end result to be.

After a brain-storming session where all possible permutations and combinations of ideas and strategy are discussed, we zero in on a few concept options that are presented to the client. Eventually, what the client wants, the client gets – there is no task or idea too great or too small for us that cannot be woven into our ideation.

We then chart a course of action with timelines in place, accounting for budget, taste, and preferences and allocation of responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity in executing an event that is nothing short of brilliant.
